India Nippon Electricals Limited (INEL) was established in 1985 as a Joint Venture between Lucas Indian Services(a wholly owned subsidiary of Lucas TVS) and Kokusan Denki Co. Ltd, Japan. INEL manufactures AC Generator, Capacitor Discharge Ignition, Ignition coil Units, Engine Controller, Regulator/Rectifier Unit etc. The company makes the entire range of 2/3 wheelers, digital and analog ignition products. Over the years, India Nippon Electricals Ltd. has dominated in the Indian market industries by its own products categories and successfully operating services in every part of the country. INEL has three manufacturing facilities one each in Tamilnadu (Hosur), Pondicherry and Haryana (Rewari Dist).
