Union Bank of India was established on 11th November 1919 with its headquarters in Mumbai, India. The Head Office building of the Bank in Mumbai was inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi. The bank was nationalised in 1969. The Bank has also introduced Core Banking Solution in all its branches and now, 100% of the business of the Bank is under Core Banking Solution.
